What we're looking for
We’re looking to work with Support Coordinators and Specialist Support Coordinators who care about doing good work and being part of a supportive, respectful team.
You’ll be a good fit if you:
- Have previous experience as a Support Coordinator or Specialist Support Coordinator
- Operate under your own ABN and manage your own tax and super
- Have good general computer and IT skills, including email, online systems, and basic admin
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally
- Are confident managing your own caseload and time
- Work ethically and always keep participants at the centre
- Are willing to work within and comply with Care Success policies and procedures
- Enjoy being part of a team and are open to regular connection and collaboration
- Hold current NDIS Worker Screening, approved MyID access and relevant insurances
