Join The Team

At Care Success, we focus on providing Support Coordination that is clear, consistent, and genuinely practical.

We understand that navigating the NDIS can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’re trying to make sense of your plan, your funding, and how everything fits together. Our role is to simplify that process and make sure you feel confident in how your supports are set up.

We take the time to understand your situation, your goals, and what actually works for you. From there, we help you connect with the right providers, coordinate your supports, and keep everything moving in the right direction.

A big part of how we work is staying engaged. We don’t step back once things are set up. We continue to support you as your needs change, helping you adjust, problem solve, and make sure your plan is being used effectively.

We prioritise strong working relationships, clear communication, and being easy to work with. Our approach is grounded, responsive, and focused on outcomes that make a real difference in your day to day life.

We’ve been fortunate to work alongside strong organisations and professionals within the industry, and those experiences have helped shape how we operate today.

We've Been in Your Shoes

a message from steph, founder & director

" Both Loren and I have worked in the NDIS space for many years, including as subcontractors ourselves.

We understand what it takes to manage a caseload, stay on top of admin and compliance, and still show up consistently for participants while running your own business.

That experience has shaped how we operate and why we’re intentional about being transparent, approachable, and realistic in how we work together.

Our aim is to create partnerships that feel respectful and supportive, where you’re trusted to do your job well and backed when you need support.

We believe in open communication, good banter, and a shared commitment to doing our work well."

What we're looking for

We’re looking to work with Support Coordinators and Specialist Support Coordinators who care about doing good work and being part of a supportive, respectful team.

  • Have previous experience as a Support Coordinator or Specialist Support Coordinator
  • Operate under your own ABN and manage your own tax and super
  • Have good general computer and IT skills, including email, online systems, and basic admin
  • Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally
