Hey there!
I'm Steph, and I'm super excited to tell you a bit about myself. I work as an Independent NDIS Support Coordinator and Specialist Support Coordinator, helping NDIS participants all across the stunning Northern Territory.
With over 10 years of experience in the Community Services Sector, I've gained heaps of knowledge in complex Support Coordination, navigating the NDIS system, and working closely with important stakeholders and organisations in the Northern Territory. I genuinely care about creating the best possible outcomes for my clients, building their capacity, and promoting choice & control.
My journey began working in Aged Care, where I was a carer, team leader, and worked in management roles. Through continuous learning and development, I moved into the Disability field, where I discovered that is where my true passion lies.
I've had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of participants under Corrections, Youth & Justice, Forensic Disability, Territory Families & Housing, NDIS Complex Support Needs Pathway, Aged Care, and Early Intervention.

Originally from Melbourne, Victoria, I moved to Darwin in 2017. Since then, I've fallen completely in love with the unique landscape and laid-back lifestyle of the Territory. In my spare time, you can catch me exploring the great outdoors, fishing, camping, or playing with my adorable little Cavoodle, Marley.
Hi I'm Loren,
With over 6 years of 'direct' experience in the NDIS space supporting participants in meeting and exceeding their personal and NDIS goals, I have a wealth of real-world knowledge to share.
Whilst I reside in the Southern Adelaide region, I LOVE to travel, and I offer my services not only to my local community – but to Australian’s everywhere. It is important to me to see NDIS participants have the choice and control they need in order to access the life they are entitled to. Wherever you are – I believe in you, and I am happy to discuss your NDIS goals together and formulate a plan to access the supports you are wanting.
My lived experience is extensive, spanning from the Riverland to Adelaide, Scotland and Christmas Island, Alice Springs and Darwin. Such extensive exposure and involvement in the communities we are surrounded by, combined with my 28 years of experience working with vulnerable people and supporting individuals and their families, makes me a valuable resource for any person wishing to navigate the maze that can be the NDIS.
Support coordination is close to my heart and the success of my participants is very important to me. I can, and will, work with you in a 1:1 setting, providing you and your network with clear and informed direction and support – ensuring you get the most out of your NDIS plan.
Hey there, it's Marley!
I'm the happiest and most pampered Cavoodle in all of Darwin.
My favorite things in the world are getting those oh-so-satisfying bum scratches, munching on some yummy treats, and keeping my mum company while she does her work. She can be so boring sometimes!
Hi, I'm Statey, the Pawductivity Manager! As a well-traveled and much-loved member of my family, I'm here to add a little wag to your day. If I can bring a smile to your face, then I'm doing my job pawfectly!
