Hi, I’m Steph!
Originally from Victoria, I moved to the Territory in 2017, drawn to the unique Top End lifestyle. With over 12 years’ experience in the broader community services sector, I discovered my true passion for working as a Support Coordinator in the NDIS in 2019 (thanks, Loren!).
What I love most about this role is that no two days are ever the same. There’s always something new to learn, and I find it incredibly rewarding to work through even the most challenging situations — helping people reconnect with what matters most to them, or rediscover their goals and life aspirations. In this fast-paced world, it’s easy to lose yourself, even in the best of times. Sometimes, all it takes is for someone to say, “I see you – and I’ve got you.”
I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences & Sociology, majoring in Aged Care & Disability Services, to continue expanding my knowledge and skills in this ever-changing industry.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me at home with my six dogs, eight cows, and 20 fish (yes, it can get a little chaotic sometimes), out camping and hunting, trying my hand at yoga, or squeezing in a quick SCUBA dive trip.
Hi, I’m Loren!
I’ve been working in the NDIS space for over 8 years, helping participants reach their goals and navigate the often-confusing system. With 31 years of experience supporting vulnerable people, it is important to me that everyone has the choice and control to live the life they deserve. It is my goal to empower you with your own information – let’s go!!!
My employment life journey has taken me to places like Scotland, Christmas Island, Darwin, Alice Springs, and now home to Adelaide. I am from the Riverland in SA but have enjoyed my travels. I grew up cutting apricots and packing fruit like most kids from that part of the Murray. I have extensive work history in Youth Justice and Transition from Guardianship, even Foster Care.
Support Coordination is something I truly care about. I’ll work with you one-on-one, making sure you and your network are on the same page, so you can make the most of your NDIS plan.
When I’m not supporting participants, you’ll find me spending time with my family, doing crafts and embroidery, or enjoying the great outdoors in our caravan. We also have a dog named Statey (yep, named after a Holden Statesman!) and some chickens.
Hey there, I’m Jacquie!
I’m passionate about helping people achieve their goals and live the life they want. My main focus is on assisting participants to find and maintain meaningful employment and helping them reach important life milestones, like getting their driver’s license. I believe everyone deserves an equal opportunity to live their best life, and I’m here to help make that happen.
With years of experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator and in Specialist Employment Supports, my mission is simple: to help people live fulfilling lives, no matter where they start.
Outside of work, you’ll find me camping, fishing (classic Territory pastime!), roller skating with my daughter, walking my dog, or socialising with friends. I also love yoga and have a bit of a thing for gemstones.
Based in Darwin, I’m always here to support you on your NDIS journey and help you reach your goals.
Hi, I’m Renee!
I swapped Victoria for the NT 11 years ago and haven’t looked back.
My journey in the disability sector began early, inspired by my autistic brother. This sparked a lifelong passion for helping others, and it’s now second nature for me to advocate, assist, and empower people from all walks of life.
I’ve worn many hats: Integration Aide, Personal Trainer, OSHC Coordinator, Team Leader, Operations Coordinator, and now, Diploma in Leadership and Management, with more to come.
I believe wholeheartedly that every person deserves to be heard, seen, and supported to live as independently as possible. We are all unique individuals, each with our own goals, dreams and aspirations and I’m committed to helping people achieve theirs.
Off the clock, you’ll find me in Super Mum mode - I’m a professional sideline cheerleader for my kids’ rugby, BMX, and AFL teams… and an Olympic-level laundry washer and folder. I also have a chilled-out dog who sunbathes like she’s on permanent holiday.
