We offer NDIS Support Coordination services in South Australia and the Northern Territory, including remote communities. Our team is based in Adelaide and Darwin, but we serve participants across both regions. 

Care Success can provide Support Coordination services to individuals who are funded under the National Disability Insurance Scheme in Australia. 

There are a few different 'types' of funding - which is where things can get a little confusing! However, rest assured, Care Success can provide services under all funding types which include Agency-Managed, Plan-Managed and Self-Managed budgets.

Yes, we sure are! Care Success is a fully registered NDIS provider, approved by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Our registration covers both Support Coordination (0106) and Specialist Support Coordination (0132).

That means we meet the Commission’s quality and safety standards and are officially recognised to provide these services to NDIS participants. You can feel confident knowing you’re supported by a trusted and genuine team who care about getting it right.

You are encouraged to choose your own service providers, and we will support you in finding the right ones that match your needs and goals. We're here to guide you through the process, offer recommendations, and ensure your choices align with your plan, but ultimately, the choice is yours!
