Our team is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and above all, we always prioritise integrity. We don't have any set KPIs, and we won't just exhaust your support coordination budget because it's available. Sadly, we know of some organisations that engage in recurring billing to claim the entirety of someone's support coordination budget throughout the plan's lifetime. This is not acceptable and could be considered fraudulent. You can trust that we will work with you and for you, and we will only claim payment for the services that we provide. 

We face a unique set of challenges here in the Top End so as an Independent Support Coordinator and proud Territorian's, we can help you make informed decisions around what suits you - not what suits a big business. 

As an NDIS participant, it is important that you understand your NDIS Plan, your decisions, and your goals. Care Success will take you through your NDIS plan and explain what your Core Supports, Capacity Building, and Capital budget areas mean, and what services and supports you can access to assist you in achieving your goals. 

We work alongside many different providers across the Northern Territory including, but not limited too different government organisations and key stakeholders, allied health professionals, hospitals, aged care, educational departments and advocacy services. Our mission is to build trusting relationships with  participants and encourage active participation throughout the implementation of your NDIS plan.
