 I reached out to Stephanie at Care Success, in search of a level 3 specialist support coordinator who could help my family with re-engaging my son into full time school again. He hadn't been at school often, for over 18 months. Stephanie came on board as our specialist coordinator in the later part of 2023. She was thrown in the deep end from the get go, and she hasn't disappointed us yet!! She has helped me engage with my sons' new school, to ensure his transition there is as smooth as possible. Care success is a locally owned, small business specialising in level 2 and level 3 Support Coordination services. Their extensive knowledge within the scope of the NDIS is paramount.
